Yes you can always apply! Outside of open enrollment you will need to qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP). We will provide you a survey of questions to check your eligibility and if you qualify you have 30 days to supply documentation to CMS. If it is close to open enrollment, we will need to wait to process your application.
